We are seeking a Cloud Software Solutions Engineer to architect, assess, and analyze Cloud-native software development activities. This position is located in Chantilly, VA.

• Lead, manage, coach, train and motivate team conducting engineering analysis on cloud utilization and optimization
• Shape and drive recommendations to clients on Customer on modern IT and software solutions
• Translate strategic architectures into implementation level guidance and assess ongoing work and ability to deliver desired solutions
• Lead complex projects/issues that require in-depth cloud solution integration knowledge across multiple technical areas and business segments
• Work with delivery team to address architecture, integration and technical issues, and in some instances lead the technical implementation of the solution architecture.

• Active TS/SCI with ability to obtain CI Polygraph
• Hands-on development skills highly preferred
• 9+ years experience in enterprise projects; relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree
• 5 + years solution architecture experience
• 4+ years experience leading cloud integration architecture and application modernization
• Expert understanding of integration patters and their application at all levels (conceptual, logical, and physical)
• Proven leadership technical skills

Desired Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Systems Engineering
• Systems Architecture professional certification
• Cloud-based solutions experience leveraging large cloud-computing infrastructure and platforms architecting, engineering, developing and deploying systems and applications into a cloud environment.
• Ability to work with development teams and advise on practical cloud implementations and develop findings and workoff plans
