Responsibilities

We are looking for an innovative Senior DevOps talent to fill key position and drive integration and devops implementation for a Government Customer. The candidate needs to have experience with tools enabling automated testing and integration, and with AWS specifically in regard to key services e.g., EC2, S3, VPC, KMS, CloudFormation, IAM. This position acts as a strategic advisor to Senior Customers and must have hands-on experience in designing, building and maintaining continuous integration/continuous delivery build pipelines

 

Hands-on experience with at least one configuration/deployment management system e.g., Chef, Puppet, Ansible, AWS Cloud Formation, Salt or other similar tools

  • Leveraging automated testing tools to automate testing.
  • Lead the design, development and instantiation of the deployment process for the project
  • Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in multiple integration and test (I&T) environments
  • Install, configure and manage automated testing tools in the environment
  • AWS Cloud Architectures and utilization and hands on experience in Cloud architectures
  • Communicating with non-development communities on effective migration strategies for the DevOps piple

Qualifications & Physical Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly
  • Bachelor's degree from and accredited university or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years as a DevOps Engineer or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience with CI/CD orchestrator tools e.g., Jenkins, Maven, Ant, or similar CI/CD orchestrator tool(s)
  • Experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience
  • Familiarity with Test Automation tools and frameworks: XUnit, Selenium, Cypress JS, SauceLabs, etc.
  • Must have strong writing/reporting and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to perform in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment
  • Must be flexible in a constantly changing business landscape
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer

 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Advanced STEM degree
  • Experience with IC and/or DoD
  • Experience in engineering and /or acquisition of IC and/or DoD
  • Knowledge of IC and/or DoD acquisition roles, processes, and/or program management
  • Demonstrated experience briefing senior leaders
