The SIGINT Test Director (STD) leads support functions for testing strategy implementation activities across the enterprise program offices.  As the STD, your responsibilities would include:

• Developing enterprise test, system, functional, performance, and interface requirements
• Scoping and linking requirements for proper system definition
• Writing systems engineering documents; follow and update templates for documents
• Developing large scale test and integration strategies, plans and procedures
• Guiding GED’s cross-directorate coordination efforts for enterprise test strategies, plans and activities
• Communicating and strategizing with GED senior management on test strategy development and organizational adoption methodologies
• Other duties as assigned

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Poly
• CISSP cert for ISPO
• Bachelor’s STEM degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum 15 years of related experience with systems security and integration efforts
• Experience leading and coordinating efforts of systems security professionals
• Experience managing under a rigorous Systems Security process in a mission critical environment
• Must be an independent self-starter with strong initiative
• Must have strong writing/reporting and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to perform in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment
• Must be flexible in a constantly changing business landscape
• Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer

Desired Qualifications:

• Advanced STEM degree
• Experience with IC and/or DoD
• Experience in engineering and /or acquisition of IC and/or DoD
• Knowledge of IC and/or DoD acquisition roles, processes, and/or program management
• Demonstrated experience briefing senior leaders
